Emotional Pain

As humans, we are constantly in communication with the world around us. We send our energy out into the world by the actions we take, the words we use and the choices we make. Our beliefs, emotions and thoughts about ourselves, our environments and the people we encounter with have an enormous impact on our quality of life. When we are feeling most relaxed, we send out the most positive energy. This is recognized by those around us on an intuitive level. Life becomes a flow, not an upstream swim.

Our intuition or sixth sense

We all interact on an intuitive level, some of us use this intuition more than others but all of us can feel if someone is happy, sad, angry or indifferent.  We could meet someone for the first time and instantly like or dislike a person. The same can be said when we go to a home, place, landscape some allow us to feel safe, secure and happy and others can make us feel very uncomfortable, scared or overwhelmed.

Emotions that can cause pain and dis-ease

Our bodies can become diseased when we close ourselves off to the natural flow of life/ the universe which affects our energetic system. Fear, loss, anger, guilt, resentment, jealousy and unforgiveness are a few of the main culprits that create ongoing stress in life. When we experience these on a daily basis, we don't breathe as easily. We tense up, and oxygen is denied to our muscles, our nerves and even our organs. We forget to let go and relax—sometime for many years, not just small moments.
