I can give you stretches and strengthening exercises to help to maintain and further improve the pain patterns you have presented with.
Stretching and Flexibility in addition or individually as a treatment plan
Research has shown that stretching can help improve flexibility, and, consequently, the range of motion of your joints.
I have studied a variety of different and effective techniques that have proven to be beneficial for long term pain reduction and can also help in relieving stress and anxiety.
During a treatment session I may facilitate various Flexibility and Stretching techniques to achieve certain outcomes or to correct pain patterns if required.
I can also offer flexibility and stretching techniques that will help further improve your symptoms if your wanting to maintain the benefits of my treatments. This is very important part of a full treatment plan particularly if your symptoms are caused by repetitive action or something your doing on a regular basis that can't be changed then a one on one stretching & flexibility program will allow you to actively improve your symptoms yourself.
We can work together with a treatment plan or go through a full treatment of facilitated facial stretches to improve your symptoms further.
